To help kids move with joy and grow in confidence. Through professional choreography and joyful teaching, Al Pal Moves! makes dance feel exciting, supportive, and empowering.
Because movement isn’t about being the best in the room. It’s about feeling strong in your own body and finding your own joy.
Meet Allie
Allie Fogel is a professional choreographer, performer, and kids media creator whose work spans television, live entertainment, and digital platforms.
She has worked with Disney, Sesame Street, Nickelodeon, and DreamWorks — writing and choreographing for Disney’s Create Your World campaign and the Gabby’s Dollhouse: Get Up & Move YouTube series. She has also toured nationally with Disney and Nickelodeon productions and performed in Sesame Street Live as "Elmo."
Behind the scenes, Allie has worked as a casting and talent producer on major franchises including American Idol and America’s Got Talent, and contributed to creative development projects with Disney Jr., Disney Interactive, Republic Records, K-Pop's GirlSet and Nickelodeon.
Allie was also recently named Instructor of the Year for SitGrit, a Mount Sinai–partnered organization providing accessible fitness for people of all abilities, and is currently helping develop SitGrit Kids — an inclusive movement program designed specifically for children.
Her platform, Al Pal Moves!, has reached over 21+ million views and 26 K+ subscribers on YouTube — inspiring kids to experience movement in a way that feels joyful and confidence-building.
The Why
Before the credits and collaborations, Allie was the dancer who loved dance, but didn’t always feel confident or seen. When Allie stopped chasing perfection and started using movement as a tool for joy and resilience, everything changed.
Dance became her outlet.
Her reset.
Her confidence builder.
Al Pal Moves! was created to give kids what Allie once needed — a space where every kid can feel empowered, seen, confident and proud of who they are.
