Meet Allie
Allie Fogel is the creator behind Al Pal Moves — a joyful movement brand helping kids learn, create, play, and build confidence through movement.
Her career has spanned television, live entertainment, and digital media, with projects for Disney, Sesame Street, Nickelodeon, DreamWorks, Disney Jr., Disney Interactive, Republic Records, and more.
As a choreographer and creative producer, Allie has written and choreographed for Disney's Create Your World campaign and DreamWorks' Gabby's Dollhouse: Get Up & Move YouTube series. She has performed and toured nationally with Disney and Nickelodeon productions, performed in Sesame Street Live as "Elmo", and worked behind the scenes as a casting and talent producer on hit franchises including American Idol and America's Got Talent.
Most recently, Allie was named Instructor of the Year for SitGrit, a Mount Sinai-partnered organization expanding access to movement for people of all abilities, where she also helps develop SitGrit Kids.
Today, Al Pal Moves! has grown to more than 28 million YouTube views, inspiring kids around the world to discover confidence, creativity, and joy through movement.

Like so many kids, she spent years believing movement had to be perfect. But over time, she discovered something much more important.
Movement wasn't about getting every step right.

That experience became the heart of Al Pal Moves.
Today, every class, camp, workshop, video, and live experience is created with one goal:
